"Complete Quality Control" is the commitment of the management of GCT. Our system of Quality Assurance is pursued through the use of The Key Vendor Management Program and our Vendor Rating System. The following is a sample of how this system is implemented and operated.

Assessments are made by a team including Engineering, Quality and Purchasing.

A monthly report of quality performance of vendors is prepared.

Recommendations for improvement of quality issues are issued.

Review meetings with the vendors are held and issues confronted.

Vendor Correction Action Request (CAR) is issued and follow-up is scheduled.
